President Shelton and Vice President Tolbert visited the CATS research center for a tour and lunch:
Director Peter Lance and Assistant Director Susanne Olkkola conducted the tour and discussed many of the objectives and goals that studies in translational research have to offer the medical profession as well as how such endeavors will affect the future of applied medicine.
Both President Shelton and Vice President Tolbert enjoyed learning about the diverse applications for a research center of our nature.
As with most tours, our Pediatric Examination Room was the center of attention!
It was an honor hosting this visit and we thank both President Shelton and Vice President Tolbert for taking the time to visit our facility and for their continued support for translational research.
